Burton Woods
Burton A. Woods is native Long Islander. His realistic paintings are inspired by the places he loves on Long Island. His work has appeared in museums and galleries from New England to Virginia. His painting “A Stroll on the Beach” was selected by the Whitney for an international show at the New Jersey Center for Visual Arts.Other paintings have been shown at the Paul Mellan Art Center in Wallingford CT, at the Pastel Society of America NYC, the Connecticut Pastel Society and the Cape Cod Pastel Painter Society.
